LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA
JUZGADO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, AGRARIO, TRÁNSITO Y BANCARIO, DEL SEGUNDO CIRCUITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO SUCRE.-

Por presentado el anterior RECURSO DE A.C., por la ciudadana: A.T.V.H., venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la Cédula de Identidad Nro. 6.952.131 y de este domicilio, debidamente asistida por el Abogado en ejercicio, ciudadano: E.J.G., inscrito en el InpreAbogado bajo el Nro. 95.945, y por cuanto de la revisión del libelo contentivo del Recurso, no se evidencia el cumplimiento de los requisitos contenidos en el Artículo 18 de la Ley Orgánica de Amparo sobre Derechos y Garantías Constitucionales, este Tribunal de Primera Instancia en lo Civil, Mercantil, Agrario, Agrario, Tránsito y Bancario, del Segundo Circuito de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Sucre, Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, de de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Artículo 19 eiusdem, así como en sentencia dictada por el Tribunal Supremo de Justicia den Sala Constitucional Sentencia Nro. 097, Expediente Nro. 00-0010, ordena notificar a la parte recurrente a los fines de que en el lapso preclusivo de Cinco (05) días de Despacho a partir de su notificación corrija los defectos u omisiones, ampliando los hechos invocados y las pruebas en que se fundamente y que constituyen o han producido la violación del Derecho Constitucional invocado como conculcado. Y así se decide.- Cúmplase lo ordenado.-
