Zulia y Táchira son es-tados fronterizos, lo que los diferencia de las demás entidades venezolanas. Pero no solo eso, sino que también resulta que sus respectivos gobernadores chavistas, para más señas han puesto en marcha planes especiales para atacar el desabastecimiento: importar mercancía colombiana con precios muy por encima de los productos regulados venezolanos.La operación, exitosa en re solver la escasez, tiene sus particularidades en cada estado.
