RESUMEN
El objetivo general del presente estudio fue analizar a los adolescentes infractores
inmersos en las bandas criminales en el Ecuador.El método empleado en la
investigación, se basó en el enfoque cualitativo, manejando la recolección y análisis
de una tipología documental-bibliográfica, contribuyendo al análisis del objeto de
estudio. La técnica de investigación aplicada fue la entrevista; la herramienta o
instrumento en que se apoyó fue la guía de entrevista. Generándose un proceso
analítico–reflexivo. Se concluyó que el incremento de la violencia y la inseguridad,
generado por las bandas criminales asociadas a los adolescentes, crean un estado
de inestabilidad e incertidumbre, así como un abocamiento laxo por parte de las
autoridades que dan como resultado un estado de extrema violencia.

ABSTRACT
The general objective of this study was to analyze adolescent offenders immersed in
criminal gangs in Ecuador. The method used in the research was based on the
qualitative approach, managing the collection and analysis of a documentary-
bibliographic typology, contributing to the analysis of the object of study. The research
technique applied was the interview;the tool or instrument used was the interview
guide. Generating an analytical-reflexive process. It is concluded that, The increase in
violence and insecurity generated by criminal gangs associated with adolescents
create a state of instability and uncertainty, as well as a lax approach by the authorities
resulting in a state of extreme violence. Civil liability; philosophy of action;
indemnification.
