RESUMEN
La implementación de una infraestructura sanitaria en la Coordinación Zonal 2- salud,
disminuirá en su totalidad las derivaciones a clínicas privadas de los pacientes que se
realizan el tratamiento de hemodiálisis, se realiza un análisis costo beneficio
comparando los gastos que incurre el estado en derivar y atender pacientes; el estudio
de campo es descriptiva no experimental enrazón que no existe manipulación directa
de las variables. Los resultados se obtuvieron a través de entrevistas aplicadas a
directivos de la Coordinación Zonal 2- salud y a directores de las compañías médicas
de diálisis, donde se pudo analizar que la implementación de una infraestructura estatal
en la Coordinación Zonal 2- salud, generara un ahorro de $1.946.820,00 dólares
americanos al estado ecuatoriano. La presente investigación resulta estratégica para la
implementación de clínicas de diálisis estatales, considerando que el incremento anual
de los casos es del 10%, el ahorro es directamente proporcional.

ABSTRACT
The implementation of a sanitary infrastructure in the Zonal Coordination 2- health, will
decrease in its totality the referrals to private clinics of patients undergoing hemodialysis
treatment, a cost-benefit analysis is carried out comparing the expenses incurred by the
state in referring and attending patients; the field study is descriptive not experimental
because there is no direct manipulation of the variables. The results were obtained
through interviews applied to directors of the Zonal Coordination 2-Health and to
directors of the dialysis medical companies, where it was possible to analyze that the
implementation of a state infrastructure in the Zonal Coordination 2-Health would
generate savings of $1,946,820.00 US dollars for the Ecuadorian state. This research is
strategic for the implementation of state dialysis clinics, considering that the annual
increase in the number of cases is 10%, the savings are directly proportional.
