Artículo 10
Las partes podrán acordar libremente el idioma o los idiomas que hayan de
utilizarse en las actuaciones arbitrales. A falta de tal acuerdo, el tribunal
arbitral determinará el idioma o los idiomas que hayan de emplearse. Este
acuerdo será aplicable, salvo que ellos mismos hayan acordado otra forma, a
todos los escritos de las partes, a todas las audiencias y al laudo, decisión o
comunicación de otra índole que emita el tribunal arbitral.
El tribunal arbitral podrá ordenar que los documentos presentados para su
consideración estén acompañados de una traducción al idioma o los idiomas
acordados por las partes o determinados por el tribunal arbitral.
